TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE OF EQUIPMENT
- 25% Deposit is required to place your order.
- Full payment is required on all special orders.
- Special orders cannot be returned under any circumstances or cancelled once they have been ordered.
- Special orders placed maybe on an extended delivery time and any lead time given is only an indication of when the order is coming into the showroom, and therefore is not a definite on a delivery date.
- Full payment is required once all items are delivered to our showroom.
- All items should be checked within three days of delivery and any damages must be reported within that time. We cannot accept any damaged goods after that period. All items must be returned within their original packaging and this should be in their original state.
- No items can be returned after installation.
- Please make sure your fitter does not install items that are damaged.
- Unwanted items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and will incur a 30% Restocking charge.
- Any items which are faulty and have been installed should not be uninstalled to be returned. Please contact us at the showroom, so we or the manufactures can investigate the query.
- Please make sure that you and your fitter keep all guarantees and put them in a safe place.
- We cannot accept liability for re-fitting costs or provide compensation if your goods are faulty or not delivered on time.
- Estimates are valid for 1 month only.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR INSTALLATION
- 25% deposit is required to book an installation date. Customer has 24 hours to cancel within this time period. The customers deposit is non-refundable after 24 hours of booking bathtimes service.
- Customers to pay the full amount agreed on my invoice once this contract is fulfilled.
- Customers are to follow the payment schedule and make payments at the scheduled times. All payment schedules are different due to size of project. And will be sent out once all aspects with installation have been agreed.
- Any extras agreed will be added to the payment schedule and the new payment schedule will be sent out; the new schedule would then have to be followed.
- Bathtimes’ Installation Manager will bring this contract back to you to sign off the contract, where you will be asked to sign that the contract has been fulfilled to your requirements.
- A standard installation takes five to ten working days to complete, more involved installations could take longer. This is an estimated time frame; the time frame could change once work has started. Bathtimes is not liable to pay composition if installation runs over the estimated time.
- Bathtimes’ aim is to make sure your installation runs smoothly, if you are present during installation it is important to check on progress of the installation while it is being carried out. At times you will be asked if you are happy where items are placed or tiling. If you are not happy with something or you have queries inform our Installations Manager as soon as possible.
- If customer is away while installation is being carried out, please ensure that any special requirements have been added to this contract, and you are contactable to discuss any changes to installation. If you are not contactable please provide us with some one who is able to make decisions on your behalf.
- Once the contract has been completed as per instructions, changes after its completion will incur extra costs.
- Bathtimes’ work comes with a one year guarantee. Equipment comes with different manufacturers guarantees ranging from one year to life time. Every bit of equipment is different. Contact Bathtimes’ office to find out length of these guarantees.Your invoices is proof of these guarantees.
- Please ensure you the customer are happy with the equipment that has been chosen as once it has been installed, it cannot be uninstalled and returned after installation.
- Bathtimes are not licensed to remove asbestos or interfere with asbestos. If Bathtimes come across asbestos and it is obstructing installation, it will have to be removed by a licensed contractor before installation can resume; these costs are not covered by Bathtimes.
- No items can be returned after installation.
